Whether they are launching an extensive new tool for advisors, debuting new properties or upping their sustainability efforts, these hotel companies are taking their brands to the next level.
Here are the latest updates from Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Aqua-Aston Hospitality and World of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection.
Sustainability First at Noble House Hotels & Resorts
Noble House Hotels & Resorts has created a new partnership with Green Key Global to increase sustainability practices among its collection of hotels. All the brand’s U.S. properties have applied for sustainable certification through Green Key’s eco-rating program for the hotel and lodging industry.
Together, the two companies will also look for opportunities to reduce utility consumption, waste, emissions and operating costs.
“Noble House Hotels & Resorts has made significant commitments to sustainability across their operation,” said Rebecca Bartlett Jones, director of Green Key Global. “We are thrilled to have entered into a partnership promoting these high-achieving properties to travelers looking to book green accommodation ultimately benefiting the planet.”
Inclusive Collection Launches Advisor Platform
Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt, has announced the Confidant Collective, a new online platform for travel advisors. Features include enhanced sales and marketing tools, as well as an extensive education program focused on the unique selling points and differentiators of Inclusive Collection’s nine brands. The interactive platform will also offer supplemental courses and annual recertification for agents to hone and maintain their Confidant Collective advisor status.
Under the new program, advisors will soon be invited to participate in Confidant Rewards, a revamped rewards system. Offerings will include VIP agent benefits, expanded cash options and new redemption opportunities, such as the option to redeem points for personal charitable contributions. It is also designed to help advisors accrue points more rapidly as they book.
“The Confidant Collective website and the suite of new tools available were created with the intention of fueling growth and supporting the continued success of our valued travel advisor community,” said Kevin Wojciechowski, senior vice president of sales and distribution for Inclusive Collection, Hyatt.
Aqua-Aston Is Making Moves
There’s plenty of exciting news coming from Aqua-Aston Hospitality these days, from portfolio growth to sustainability initiatives and enhanced guest experiences.
On the eco-friendly front, the hotel company (which has long prioritized sustainability) has most recently shifted away from single-use plastics with the introduction of bulk bathroom amenities at its Hawaii properties. What’s more, Aqua Palms Waikiki has completed enhancements that will cut its energy consumption by 45%.
Underlying its commitment to cultural understanding and the arts, Aqua-Aston Hospitality has renewed its partnership with the Honolulu Museum of Art and the Bishop Museum to offer guests complimentary access to both attractions. The company also sponsors special, limited-run exhibitions throughout the year.
Finally, Aqua-Aston has expanded its footprint to Costa Rica with the debut of Botanika Osa Peninsula, Curio Collection by Hilton. The only branded resort in the area, the property features 41 new rainforest accommodations with private terraces, featuring views of the lagoon-style pool or the lush surrounding flora. Guests can also book the top-floor Penthouse, which comes complete with its own private rooftop, Jacuzzi and infinity pool.
