The “In My Cruise Era” fan-sponsored cruise onboard Royal Caribbean International’s Allure of the Seas may be taking place in late 2024, but the media frenzy over the four-night Bahamian sailing has taken the Swiftie world by storm.
Here’s what to know about the fan-sponsored cruise, and how to make sure you’re there.
Where Will the Cruise Go?
The four-night cruise, which takes place onboard Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas cruise ship, leaves from the Port of Miami on Oct. 21, 2024, and visits Perfect Day at Coco Cay (Royal Caribbean International’s private island) and Nassau, the Bahamas. There will also be one full day at sea before returning to Miami.
Is the Cruise Affiliated With Taylor Swift?
This fan cruse is not affiliated with Taylor Swift or TASRM Publishing label.
What Can Fans Expect?
The cruise, which will be led by three Marvelous Mouse travel advisors — Jessica Malerman, Nicole Rivera and Shelby Reyes — will include Taylor Swift-themed activities each day, including a welcome cocktail, friendship-bracelet trading, a themed dance party, Taylor Swift karaoke, themed trivia and nightly outfit themes based on the artist’s distinct “eras.”
How Can Fans Get on the Cruise's Waitlist?
The cruise is currently on a waitlist for all stateroom categories. Those who join the waitlist will be notified if/when additional sailing dates are announced.
Inquiries are being processed by Marvelous Mouse Travels in the order they are received, and due to high demand and capacity restrictions, the agency only guarantees event participation for guests booked directly through Malerman, Rivera and Reyes.
To book, Swifties should fill out Marvelous Mouse’s stateroom request form with their legal names and birthdates. If approved, passengers will be sent an email link to a secure client portal for billing information, and a Marvelous Mouse advisor will contact them for credit card information.
How Much Does the Cruise Cost, and What Staterooms Are Available?
An initial deposit of $100 per person is required to secure a stateroom, and there is currently a waitlist for each category:
- Interior Stateroom: From $1,573, based on two guests per room and inclusive of taxes, fees and port expenses
- Boardwalk Balcony: From $1,993 total, based on two guests per room and inclusive of taxes, fees and port expenses
- Oceanview Balcony: From $2,109 total, based on two guests per room and inclusive of taxes, fees and port expenses
- Concierge and Suite Staterooms are also available, upon request. Please contact Marvelous Mouse Travels to inquire.
Fans should also note that prices may increase, based on stateroom availability.
Are There Group Rates Available?
According to Marvelous Mouse Travels, “the group rate is the negotiated rate for the Fan Cruise from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. These rates will be available until the allotted number of rooms for each category are booked, or until the Group Final Payment date — whichever is first.”
For rooms with more than double occupancy, the current standard rate will be quoted. The agency suggests to “fill out the form for the stateroom you are requesting, and in the "notes" section, mention it is a room for three to four [people].”
What’s Included in the Price?
The fare is inclusive of accommodations and some meals, entertainment and themed activities.
What’s Not Included in the Price?
The rate does not include premium add-ons from Royal Caribbean, gratuities (unless prepaid), travel insurance and airfare.
When Will the Final Itinerary Be Shared?
The final itinerary will be released soon, and customized based on passenger preferences. Stay up to date by visiting Marvelous Mouse’s cruise group Facebook Page.
