Looking ahead to 2023, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has updated its Uniworld University travel agent training program with a new course for 2023.
“Our travel advisors are vital partners to us, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work together to welcome their clients onboard for another incredible year ahead,” said Ellen Bettridge, president and CEO of Uniworld. “2023 is shaping up to be one of our biggest [years] yet, and we’re pleased to provide all of the necessary tools and information that advisors will need to book their clients on a trip of a lifetime with Uniworld.”
Special incentives are available to advisors who complete the course, such as discounted January rates, a listing in the line’s online cruise specialist section, and an official e-signature badge.
The course includes “insider knowledge” on Uniworld’s portfolio, including details on new European itineraries, such as the 15-day Grand Central Europe route in Switzerland, France, Germany and Austria; the 10-day Zurich & the Rhine River Valley cruise on the Rhine and Main rivers; the eight-day Belgian Holiday Markets sailing featuring Belgium’s Christmas markets; the line’s first Rivers of the World trip, showcasing nine countries onboard five vessels; and a pair of Mystery Cruise itineraries.
Also highlighted are Uniworld’s new family-friendly itineraries in Egypt and the line’s collaboration with Maharajas’ Express for a special 16-day Cruise & Rail trip in India, as well as fresh shore excursions, exclusive nighttime tours and trip extensions.
Travel agents can register to take the new course via Uniworld University's website.
