Wi-Fi access, farm-to-table dining, plush mattresses and more — these amenities are not typical to the camping experience. But clients who want to immerse themselves in nature while having a luxurious, socially distant vacation can do so at one of several glamping providers.
Following are eight glamping experiences to recommend to clients this summer.
AutoCamp
AutoCamp is ideal for clients looking for a range of camping experiences. The highlight is the Airstream trailers, fitted with spa-inspired bathrooms and modern furnishings.
Clients can find AutoCamp locations near Yosemite National Park in Midpines, Calif., and near Russian River in Guerneville, Calif. Set to open in early 2021, the newest location will be in Cape Cod, Mass. (just five minutes from downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole), and it will offer daily ferries to Martha’s Vineyard.

Dunton Hot Springs
The 1800s ghost town of Dunton Hot Springs sits across the mountain from Telluride, Colo., nestled in the San Juan Mountains of the Colorado Rockies. There are hand-hewn log cabins, a working saloon and, of course, hot springs. Wi-Fi access is available in each of the 13 extravagant cabins, which sleep a total of 44 guests at Dunton Hot Springs.
But those seeking a glamping experience will want to book one of eight tents available at the adjacent Dunton River camp at the Cresto Ranch, which used to be a working cattle ranch in the late 1800s. Here, the original farmhouse is in its same location near the West Fork of the Dolores River, which flows right through the camp.
